The CIVP, with the Profile PR agency based in Paris, organized a Côtes de Provence press lunch on 19 November 2012 which included our Coussin César Rouge.
The journalists were welcomed to CUISINE ATTITUDE, Chef Cyril Lignac's creative workshop. With recipes being prepared live by the chef, the CIVP offered a tasting of a selection of wines (red, white, and rosé) from the Côtes de Provence appellation, with two themes: their potential to age and the influence of the various terroirs on the appellation.
