Named after Elie Sumeire, Olivier and Sophie's paternal grandfather, "Elie Sumeire" rosé is derived from the exceptional clay-limestone terroir of the Sainte Victoire mountain and carries with it all the winemaking tradition of the family, settled in Trets since the 13th century.
