CÔTES DE PROVENCE
Bearing the first name of Elie, paternal grandfather of Olivier and Sophie Sumeire, "Elie Sumeire" rosé comes from the exceptional clay-limestone terroir of the Sainte Victoire Mountain and carries with it all of the winemaking traditions of the Sumeires, in Provence since the 13th century.

Clay-limestone soil of the Sainte Victoire mountain, at an altitude of 250 meters.

 

Vineyard
Average age of vineyard: 30 years Grenache 60% Cinsault 30% Syrah 10% Yield 50 hl per ha High environnemental value

 

Vinification
Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks. Cooling system.

 

Tasting notes
Very pale color with peach reflections. Nose of fresh violet and wild strawberries. Gourmet and tangy on the palate, with good length, and a delicate finish with notes of sweet mint.

pizza, shrimp gumbo and grilled lamb.
