Clay-limestone made up of ancient gravelly alluvial deposits, vestiges of a huge alluvial cone from the streams descending Mont Sainte Victoire (1,010 metres) and bordered to the south by Mont Olympe and Mont Aurélien.

Vinification
100% destemming and then vinification in stainless steel vats. Hot post fermentation maceration. Maturing in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
Deep red color with ruby highlights
An intense nose of blackberry, wild thyme and violet, with notes of Sichuan pepper and mocha.
The palate is rich and powerful of brioche, rosemary, cinnamon, and sour cherry brandy.
