Vinification100% destemming and then vinification in stainless steel vats. Hot post fermentation maceration. Maturing in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notesVery pure fruit, with a pleasant slightly pepperminty freshness, ripe tannins with a hint of pepper on the finish.
