La Croix de Prieur is Château Coussin's second wine, produced in the heart of the Trets terroir. During the Middle Ages these parcels belonged to the monks of the Abbey of Saint Victor in Marseille.

65% Rolle - 35% Ugni Blanc
Yield: 55 hl/ha.
Minimum use of pesticide approach (sustainable farming). Vegan.
Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats.
A cooling system is used to chill the grapes.

A complex nose of pear with citrus notes.
A fresh mouth of clementines with a lengthy and persistant finish.
