Terroir
La Croix de Prieur is Château Coussin's second wine, produced in the heart of the Trets terroir. It is made from a plot that belonged to the monks of the Abbey of Saint Victor in Marseille, in the Middle Ages.

 

Vineyard
Average age of vines: 30 years Grenache 60 % Cinsault 20% Syrah 20% Yield: 55 hl/ha. Sustainable farming Vegan wine

 

Vinification
Direct pressing of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel temperature-controlled presses, and then temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.

 

Tasting notes
Pale pink with a violet highlight An elegant nose of yellow peach and persimmon Refreshing with notes of orange peel on the finish.
