During the Middle Ages the parcels belonged to the monks of the Abbey Saint Victor in Marseille.

Direct pressing of the destemmed grapes in stainless steel temperature-controlled presses followed by a fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Very pale pink color with lychee reflections.
Mandarin nose, with pleasant floral notes of broom.
Well balanced and fresh palate, where we find citrus notes with a touch of pepper and liquorice on the finish.
